The AquaClear lamella separator is the go-to solution when it comes to effectively retaining fine particles in a small space at discharge points of combined or rainwater sewers.
Thanks to its modular design, the system is ideally suited for retrofitting in existing pools. Due to the forced upward flow within the lemellae, where the flow velocity is lower than the settling velocity, the particles settle within the lamellae and migrate from there to the bottom of the basin.
The clear water phase is removed above the lamellae using sewage overflow channels.
