Cleaning system for the removal of contaminants that settle out at the retention tank floor during an inundation event.

Consisting of
- Circumferential, twice canted frame for tank side dowel installation to the even flush chamber wall; with circumferential gasket for sealing between frame and flush chamber wall; incl. min. 2 hinge receivers for the gate body at the top and lever lock with min. 2 locking points at the bottom.
Dimensions: H × W = ______ × ______ mm
Material: Stainless steel AISI 304 - Gate body with circumferential ridge and interlying struts per structural requirements. Incl. stainless steel hinges at the top, quantity per hinge receivers on frame; stainless steel locking bolts at the bottom, quantity according to number of frame locks.

Material: Stainless steel AISI 304 - Hydraulic cylinder for the control of the locking mechanism, installed at the bottom, including hydraulic hoses, installed at the side of the frame, with connection point at the height of the gate body top.

2. Control Unit for Flush Cleaning System
For the control of a flushing event depending on flush chamber and storage chamber water levels.
Consisting of
- Outdoor control cabinet for the installation inside of the control manhole or structure at the head end of the respective retention tank.
- Necessary basic hardware consisting of cabinet lighting, cabinet heater, fuse elements, circuit breaker, indicator lights „OPEN“, „CLOSE“, „ERROR“, push buttons „OPEN“, „CLOSE“, mode switch „MANUAL – OFF – AUTOMATIC“.
- Programmable control as heart of the control unit with data storage capacity; incl. control panel and display to show current value, input of set values and storage unit for data logging of water levels and number and date of flush events.
- Control software for the realization of a logical, functional flushing sequence.
- Completely pre-wired and pre-assembled for the connection to the power supply, with connections for the hydraulic unit (output), water level sensors and proximity switches (inputs).
