AquaClean Jet Fix – Fixed Jet
AquaClean jet for cleaning and aerating the storage sewer, to be delivered and assembled at the low point of the storage sewer. The electrical connection must be made on site by the owner.

Requirements and characteristics of the cleaning system
- Complete and permanent flooding of the entire construction, including the aggregates, even during operation
- Operation with static water-air jet mixture in continuous and intermittent way of working
- The machine can also be used for intensive cleaning when the bottom of the retention tank runs out of water
- Power connection of the pump unit via 3-phase alternating current
- Submersible pump with vortex impeller
- Injector mixing chamber suitable for the exchange and use of different nozzles
- Ventilation device with intake manifold and air pipe

1. Machinery
- 1.1 Pump unit
Single-stage block unit in stationary installation for pumping untreated domestic waste water, with 20 m electrical connection cable, incl. thermal motor protection for hazardous areas as temperature controller and limiter. The pump set is designed for continuous operation (S1) in order to operate also when the jet pipe and the motor housing are not submerged. The pump is installed separated from the injector in the pump sump. The calculation must include the pressure pipe between the pump and the jet.

2. Automation

For monitoring the machine including additional temperature monitoring, provision only. The required cable work for sensors and control or regulation and the electrical connection take place on site. - 2.2 Process software
Creation, documentation and provision of a software module for establishing conformity for the AquaJet cleaning system according to the Machinery Directive, as process software for AquaClean jets, taking into account the technical machine data. The software module is implemented on site in the overall control regime of the retention basin according to the requirements of the client. Any required coordination effort between the service sections of different trades is to be included.
