In rainwater retention basins, reservoir canals, flood protection dams and reservoirs, the storage volume is increased through the use of an Aqua-Gate at the fixed discharge sill.
This enlargement of the retention area has the consequence that, on the one hand, the number of discharge events is reduced and, on the other hand, the total volume of discharged water decreases.
The spectrum of our weir systems ranges from energy-free variants, which are controlled by floats or weights, to systems which are driven electrically using hydraulics, pneumatics or simply electromechanically.
