AquaGate Float U – Gate Weir with Floating Drive, Underflowed
The weir gate is connected by a shaft and lever arms with a float. When the max. water level is reached, the float starts to open the gate. The gate then works proportionally with the amount of incoming water: the more water flows in, the further the gate opens. With this arrangement, the storage target is kept within a tolerance of ± 3 cm.
